1. General
By accessing and using this website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all bookings, purchases, and transactions made through Triton Hotels & Tours. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review the terms periodically.
2. Payments
All payments must be made using a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. You confirm that all payment details provided are accurate, and that you are the authorized cardholder. Your card will be charged in the currency specified at checkout.
Payments are processed securely via our payment gateway partner, Bank of Maldives Plc, using SSL encryption. Triton Hotels & Tours does not store or have access to your card information.
The Bank may conduct a standard pre-authorization to verify sufficient funds. The payment will be charged once the transaction is confirmed.
We recommend that cardholders retain a copy of the transaction receipt and merchant policies and rules for their records.
All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of payment.
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
We follow a strict refund policy:
- 100% refund less a $5.00 cancellation charge if cancelled at least 48 hours before travel date (local time).
- 50% refund less a $5.00 cancellation charge if cancelled 24–48 hours before travel date.
- No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled travel date or in case of no-show.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
Promotional or discounted bookings may be non-refundable. Please check the specific offer details.
4. Changes & Rescheduling
Customers may request to reschedule bookings subject to availability and approval. No additional charges will apply if the rescheduling is made at least 24 hours in advance.

5. Charges and Cancellation Fees
A non-refundable $5.00 cancellation processing fee applies to all eligible cancellations. This fee is waived if the booking is rescheduled instead of cancelled.
6. Required Travel Identification
All travelers must present valid identification at check-in. Maldivian citizens may use national ID or driver’s license. Foreign nationals must present a valid passport with required visas where applicable.
Failure to present valid documentation may result in denied boarding or service without refund.
7. Age Restrictions
Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian at all times. Proof of age may be required.
8. Last-Minute Bookings
For bookings made within 6 hours of the departure time, customers must immediately contact us via phone or WhatsApp at +960 7901240 to confirm availability. Unconfirmed last-minute bookings may result in delays or inability to provide the service.
9. Liability Disclaimer
Triton Hotels & Tours is not liable for any loss, injury, delay, or inconvenience caused due to unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to natural disasters, weather conditions, technical failures, or government actions.
Customers are advised to have personal travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, health emergencies, and baggage loss.
10. Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your personal data is collected and used strictly for processing your booking and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law or for payment and operational purposes.

11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Maldives. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Maldives.
